Temple Association of Kol Ami Youth, TAKAY, is a strong and active branch of Temple Kol Ami. Open to everyone in Grades 8-12, we have a long history of being one of the biggest and most-active Jewish youth groups in Toronto and the GTA. While in TAKAY, we support our synagogue, our community, and our world with a deep focus on Israel. We are also affiliated with the North American Federation of Temple Youth - Northeast Lakes Region also called NFTY-NEL. TAKAY is led by a dedicated Executive Board of officers who are elected in the spring of each year. Our monthly activities include: special youth group-led Shabbat services, programmes on social action, Israel, leadership and of course, social events and trips!
